She is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Health Unlimited, a Los Angeles-based consultancy firm dedicated to the advancement of these fields of activity.

With her PhD in Health Sciences, an MSc in Exercise Physiology and a BA in Psychology, for 30 years Susan taught students, staff and faculty at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) how to be healthy and fit. The American President's Council on Physical Fitness & Sports selected her as one of 10 Healthy American Fitness Leaders.

As a renowned motivational speaker, freelance health and beauty journalist, wellness educator and corporate adviser, Susan travels internationally and imparts her wisdom as a frequent guest on radio and television talk shows, as a keynote speaker, a corporate efficiency consultant and a seminar and workshop leader. Susan's specialist subjects include stress management and counselling, goal achievement, communication skills, conflict resolution, fitness and health promotion in the workplace, workplace environment enhancement, management skills and leadership training.
